Year 12 school photos

Yesterday I decided enough was enough...the same photos were appearing in my hands again and again and obviously wanted to be scrapped! So I thought I would scrap them and put them neatly away in an album instead of wrestling with the gi-normous cardboard folder that they came in all the time. This double page layout took me a little longer than I care to admit but the memories it brought back were worth it.

TTD Scrapbook Layout created by Sonya Edwards

As promised I have finished the 2 page layout - I was lucky to find these pictures of Kate's first visit to meet my family. How small she is!!! The same girl in my TTD entry - hard to believe, time really does go fast.

Kaszazz January TTD

Just got home from TTD in Port Fairy with Pam Kuhn. Thank you Pam for a lovely day under very difficult circumstances.

The top page and card is my competition entry for which I received FIRST PRIZE!! I received the Card Art Love Birds stamp and the Thank You Bold stamp - very excited!

The second photo is the 2 cards and bookmark that we made as one of our 2 hour projects (created by Amanda Cordingley)! Just love these! We also made a 2 page scrapbook layout which I need to add the final touches to and photos - I will post these once I do this!

Glad to be home safe and sound with all the floods in Victoria. Horsham is due to flood today - our shop has been sandbagged - let's hope it doesn't reach the doors.

Mini Album

Here is a mini album I made for a very special friends 50th last year! It was so much fun to put together. I love the Kaisercraft mini albums and these SU papers were perfect for what I wanted to create.

I was very excited the other day because I finished my very first album! It is a collection of photos from my daughter Kate's primary school years. The top layout is the first page and the second one is the last.
This double page layout are the last 2 I had to complete for it to be finished - they were quite simple to put together in the end even though they had me at a standstill for months! My new motto - just do it!!!

I am still Alive!!

Well it has been an awfully long time since I was here and I thought I would start with a new look to my blog! I recently made this card for my dads birthday. It is so hard to make a males card!! Anyway, I will have plenty more to share from here on in - I promise!

I have been playing in the craft room today - I have this photo of Kate when she was 6 months old. I have used the new fancy flourish stamp some Bazzill and vellum quotes. Not sure that I have the photo posting worked out - this one looks a little blurry?? Sorry about that - I am sure to get the hang of it one day!!! Hope you are all having a great Sunday! Paula
